Dawn joined the H. Pearce Company in 1984 as a college intern working in the Relocation Division. Since then, Dawn has held several positions, Relocation Coordinator, Realtor, and now Performance Manager for Corporate Properties.

Dawn’s job is to oversee the marketing of corporate-owned properties from the initiation of the Broker Market Analysis to the closing. With twelve years of relocation experience, Dawn focuses her expertise on accurate pricing, vendor management, and quick and efficient marketing of corporate properties. Dawn is an Accredited Representative for Relocation Resources International and is Prudential Relocation, Weichert Relocation and GMAC Relocation Certified.
